The Robertsdale Band Fundraising Program develops and promotes activities that assist in keeping our band fees as low as possible. Support of the arts programs has been severely cut. The band fees, that are annually determined through a budgeting process, include all of the expenses associated with providing instruments, uniforms, music, meals, transportation, staff and much more. The fundraisers vary in type from selling items from catalogues, value coupons, our annual indoor percussion/winter guard competition, and concession stand operation.

The name of the brand is Hibernate. The sheets are made of microfiber cloth and is comparable to an 1800-thread count bedsheet. A set is $40, and includes: a fitted sheet, a flat sheet, and two pillow cases. Extra pillowcase sets are available for sale as well, and a set (2 pillowcases) is $12. This is a fundraiser that has been used by multiple groups in the area, several times over the past few years, and the feedback we have received from people who have purchased these sheets say that they are the best sheets they have owned! Available sizes include: Cal. King, King, Queen, Full, Twin, and X- Twin XL. You can see the attached flyer for the available colors (14).
If you are not sure about purchasing a set of sheets without feeling the fabric first, our students have brochures which include a sample of the fabric (also in the available colors), so that you could feel it for yourself! If you are interested in purchasing a set, you may do so through any of Golden Bear Band student, or contact Mr. Ramey at email@example.com. This is a general band fundraiser, and as such, the proceeds will go towards typical operations and functions of maintaining the band: instrument/equipment repairs and purchases, transportation, purchase of new music, maintenance of uniforms, etc. Again we want to thank everyone for their help and support of the students. This band would not be able to achieve the accomplishments we have seen without this incredibly supportive community.

HISTORICAL BAND UNIFORMS
As you all know, our band is ever growing. We have grown to over 150 this year, and looking to be even larger next year! With that, we are going to have to buy more of our current band uniforms. The cost to purchase the extra uniforms needed is over $13,000. To help offset that cost, we will be selling our previous marching band uniform jackets.
